Am I in the pick up area?

Warragul Travel Club has a pick up range around Melbourne from Werribee, Melton, Sunbury, Craigieburn, Greensborough, to Croydon. We pick up through Gippsland to Traralgon, Wonthaggi, & Leongatha, and through all of the Mornington Peninsula.

If you are outside of our pick-up range, we will arrange a special discount off the tour cost, to assist with your travel arrangements.

I have special dietary needs, can you look after me?

If you have special dietary requirements please inform the office when booking.

We will notify the motels/hotels of your needs prior to arrival, and the Tour Leaders will assist with special lunches while on tour.

I have hearing or mobility problems

Please inform us of your needs when booking.

How much luggage can I take?

When travelling within Australia, the maximum luggage weight is 20kg.

On some tours you are advised to take an additional "overnight" bag to be utilized when your main luggage is stored in an alternative luggage compartment. Eg. When on the Ghan.

On overseas tours, the maximum is limited by the airlines. Most carriers allow 22kg but please check when making your booking.

What to bring

On all tours the clothing is casual.

It is suggested that you bring walking shoes, bathers, and a torch.

Seat Rotation

A seat rotation system operates on all Warragul Travel Club Tours to enable everyone the opportunity of a forward seat.

Is my Health and Fitness ok?

Payment of deposit by travellers to Warragul Travel Club acts as a warranty that the traveller(s) is/are reasonably healthy and/or fit to participate in the tour activities.

Warragul Travel Club reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour if their health or fitness interferes with the tour or other travellers' tour experience.
